Our own handling and supervision staff is permanently based in many airports throughout our region. We got over 20 airports permanently covered and serve up to 55 airports seasonally.
We assist airlines, aircraft operators and service providers to receive overflight and landing permits for Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Thailand & Vietnam in a timely manner. The following permit types are available:
Non-scheduled Overflight and Landing Permit, Ferry Permit / Special Flight Permit, Scheduled Airline Overflight Permit, Foreign Operator Certificates / Traffic Rights for commercial operators, Charter Flight Permit, Airport Slots.
Our multinational, multilingual, internationally experienced team has extensive experience handling all kind of VIP, Government, passenger, cargo and military flights even at remote airports.
Hospitality training and language proficiency along with local and international experience is key to provide the best possible service.
We offer a range of crew services to ensure a smooth experience. Depending on the operator’s requirements, we choose audited ground transportation companies and hotels and handle the bookings and payments.
If requested to do so, our staff will check in with the crew during their stay to make sure all is fine and they have everything they need during their rest time. We focus on the safety of the crew without compromise.
Upon request we liaise with the local airline caterer and coordinate the catering order as well as the related payments. If no such specialized caterer is available at remoter stations, we work with local luxury hotels or restaurants that we have chosen in advance and that we have trained in the basics of airline catering – starting from hygiene to logistics.
Depending on the local fuel provider, only prepayment or cash on the spot might be accepted. We will coordinate with the fuel company for the truck to come to the aircraft, should you have an agreement with them directly or through a specialized fuel agent.
